These Terms & Conditions govern the use of MyCabPortal, a platform developed and managed by AMR Softec, that enables taxi service providers to manage bookings, create taxi websites, and use CRM tools for their business.
By signing up, subscribing, or using our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Service Overview

MyCabPortal offers a Cab Booking CRM and Website Subscription Service designed for taxi operators and fleet owners. Users can:

  • Register their taxi business.
  • Manage bookings, vehicles, drivers, and customers through the CRM dashboard.
  • Get listed on city pages for lead generation.
  • Receive a customized taxi service website under an active subscription plan.

2. Account & Subscription

  • Each taxi service provider must create an account to access the CRM and related services.
  • Subscription plans are billed monthly or annually, depending on the selected package.
  • Payment of the subscription fee is required to keep your website and CRM active.
  • Failure to pay may result in temporary suspension or permanent removal of services.
  • Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account details and credentials.

3. Website & CRM Usage

  • Providers are responsible for the accuracy of all information they add, including fares, contact details, and service areas.
  • MyCabPortal is not responsible for customer complaints, booking disputes, or pricing errors related to taxi services.
  • Websites and CRM accounts must not contain any illegal, misleading, or inappropriate content.
  • Users may not resell or transfer their CRM access without written permission.

4. Payments & Refunds

  • Payments are accepted via UPI, credit/debit card, or other approved payment gateways.
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable once processed.
  • Users may cancel their subscription anytime. Access will continue until the end of the paid billing period.
  • MyCabPortal does not store payment card details; all transactions are securely handled by the payment provider.

5. Support & Maintenance

  • Support is available via email, WhatsApp, and in-app chat.
  • We strive to maintain 99% uptime, though maintenance or upgrades may occasionally require downtime.
  • Feature updates and improvements may be rolled out automatically without prior notice.

6. Partner Program (if applicable)

  • Partners may earn commissions or discounts based on active client subscriptions.
  • Partner commissions are calculated as per the agreed structure and released periodically.
  • MyCabPortal reserves the right to revoke partner access in case of misuse or policy violation.

7. Termination

  • MyCabPortal may suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment, false information, or misuse.
  • Access to CRM, website, and listings will be revoked immediately upon termination.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • MyCabPortal and AMR Softec are not liable for business losses, missed bookings, or disputes arising from third-party taxi operations.
  • We are not responsible for damages caused by the use or misuse of the platform.
  • Users must ensure compliance with local laws and regulations related to their taxi business.

9. Modifications & Updates

  • MyCabPortal reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
  • Continued use of the platform after such updates implies acceptance of the revised terms.
