7. Payments, Subscription Billing, Refunds & Disputes
Billing Entity and Payment Descriptor
My Cab Portal is owned and managed by AMR Softec. Payments for My Cab Portal services may be collected through AMR Softec or authorized payment partners on behalf of My Cab Portal.
- Payments may be accepted through UPI, cards, PayPal, Razorpay, bank transfer, or other approved payment gateways.
- For international payments, PayPal or other international payment processors may be used.
- The billing descriptor shown on a user's bank, card, PayPal, Razorpay, or payment gateway statement may display "AMR Softec", "My Cab Portal", or an associated payment processing entity.
- My Cab Portal does not store card, bank, or PayPal login details. Payments are handled by third-party payment gateways.
Subscription Authorization
- By subscribing to My Cab Portal, the user authorizes My Cab Portal, AMR Softec, and/or the selected payment processor to charge the selected subscription, setup, renewal, add-on, credit, or service fee.
- Subscription plans may renew automatically on a monthly, yearly, or selected billing cycle unless cancelled before the next renewal date, where recurring billing is enabled.
- Active payment is required to keep websites, listings, CRM access, dispatch tools, WhatsApp integrations, APIs, lead generation tools, and related digital services active.
- Failure to cancel before a renewal, business closure, non-use, partial use, dissatisfaction after usage, lack of leads, ranking changes, or failure to generate business does not qualify for a refund.
Digital Service Delivery
My Cab Portal provides digital SaaS services, website subscription services, listing activation, CRM access, dispatch tools, lead generation tools, hosting, software access, setup, maintenance, and related online services.
- Services are considered digitally delivered once the user's account, website, listing, CRM access, provider profile, subscription features, dashboard access, WhatsApp integration, API access, or other paid feature is activated or made available.
- Because these are digital services with instant account activation, infrastructure allocation, server provisioning, software licensing, onboarding, and operational costs, payments become final once processed and service access is activated.
Strict Non-Refundable Policy
- All subscription payments, setup fees, onboarding charges, customization fees, renewal fees, listing fees, add-on fees, WhatsApp credits, and digital service payments made to My Cab Portal or AMR Softec are strictly non-refundable once paid.
- No refunds will be issued for current or previous billing periods, partial billing periods, unused days, unused services, partially used services, inactive accounts, user error, failure to cancel before renewal, or business performance concerns.
- WhatsApp message credits and similar prepaid digital consumables are non-refundable once purchased, allocated, used, or made available in the account.
- Any voluntary refund, credit, or billing adjustment, if approved by My Cab Portal in writing, will be at the sole discretion of My Cab Portal and will not create a right to future refunds.
Cancellation Policy
- Users may cancel subscriptions at any time before the next billing cycle, where self-cancellation or support-assisted cancellation is available.
- Cancellation stops future renewals only and does not generate refunds for the current billing period, previous billing periods, setup work, onboarding, custom work, credits, add-ons, or activated digital services.
- After cancellation, services may remain active until the end of the already paid billing period unless terminated earlier due to misuse, non-payment, chargeback, policy violation, or security risk.
Chargebacks, PayPal Disputes and Payment Reversals
- Users agree not to initiate fraudulent, false, abusive, or improper chargebacks, PayPal disputes, payment reversals, or unauthorized transaction claims after accessing, activating, or using My Cab Portal services.
- Before raising any payment dispute, users must first contact My Cab Portal support and allow a reasonable opportunity to review the billing or service concern.
- Any abusive dispute, chargeback, payment reversal, or false claim may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, website suspension, listing removal, CRM access revocation, and deactivation of related services.
- My Cab Portal and AMR Softec reserve the right to recover outstanding dues, chargeback fees, payment gateway penalties, operational costs, legal costs, administrative costs, and related damages caused by improper or false payment disputes.
- In any PayPal, Razorpay, card issuer, bank, or payment gateway dispute, My Cab Portal may submit invoices, subscription records, accepted Terms records, IP records, login history, account activity, website activation proof, CRM usage logs, WhatsApp usage records, API usage records, communication records, onboarding evidence, screenshots, and service usage history as proof that the digital service was authorized, activated, accessed, or delivered.
By completing payment, the user confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms, understand that My Cab Portal is a digital subscription service, authorize the selected charges, and agree that payments already processed are final and non-refundable once services are activated or made available.

A 6-digit One-Time Password (OTP) is sent to the registered email address to confirm ownership. The OTP expires in 10 minutes and must be verified before proceeding.
